Clinical Supervision

If you are a therapist seeking guidance on clinical cases, unsure of the best ethical approaches, and confused about the AzBBHE licensure requirements and rules/statutes, I get it. The process of seeking licensure can feel overwhelming at times, but you don’t have to do it alone. I provide consistent and dedicated supervision will allows you to approach independent licensure with the knowledge and confidence needed for the next step of your journey. I have spent the past 8 plus years supporting over a hundred clinicians toward licensure, and I thoroughly enjoy this mentoring relationship.

Your choice for a Clinical Supervisor is an important one that will lay the groundwork for the rest of your career. If you are seeking clinical supervision, I would love to discuss your needs, goals for supervision, and to see if we are a good fit. If we both decide to move forward, we will review and sign a contract that outlines our roles, expectations, and your specific goals.

During our time together, we will focus on practical skills and interventions for sessions, your professional development, appropriate self-care, review ethical codes and guidelines, work on improving documentation skills, combat imposter syndrome, discuss implementation of theory to practice, and complete live supervisions.

I am able to support marriage and family therapists (LAMFT) as well as associate counselors (LAC) with a variety of experience levels from intern to seasoned therapist. I enjoy providing supervision to supervisees working in agencies, group private practices, or in supervised private practice. I currently have openings for individual and group supervision.

“I am grateful for the balance you supported me with during supervision of challenging me and helping me. I know that I am going to be able to help so many more families and new therapists because of the time you spent with me.”
